Beyond Your Smile is owned and operated by leading orthodontic innovator, Dr. Sue Lee. With over 25 years of experience, she and her staff aim to provide patients with their best smiles!

Meet our Team
Sue Lee
DMD, MMSc
Dr. Lee graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from The Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she also received her Certificate in Orthodontics. During her residency, she also earned a Master’s degree in Bone Biology at Harvard University.
Dr. Lee is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. She currently teaches in the graduate program in orthodontics at The Harvard School of Dental Medicine and operates an orthodontic practice for children and adults.
Dr. Lee is committed to improving the lives of children and adults through orthodontic innovation that: (1) reduces the health implications of malocclusion, (2) prevents extractions and impaction, and (3) reduces the need for complicated orthodontic treatment. She is especially passionate about saving young people from the psychological impacts that often accompany crooked teeth.
Dr. Won Kyung (Christina) Kim
DMD
Dr. Kim was awarded DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She received Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center where she received trainings in comprehensive restorative, periodontal and surgical treatments. She then went on and obtained Certificate in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and became a Diplomate of the American Board, certified in both periodontology and implantology.
Currently, Dr. Kim works as a Periodontist in several private dental oddities. She also holds a teaching position as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she enjoys dental students.
Dr. Christina Kim appreciates and enjoys different cultures. She was born and raised in South Korea, but she has been to different parts of the world since she was the age of sixteen. She attended high school in New Zealand and college in Vancouver, Canada, before she received DMD at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kim made trips to Australia, Fiji, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Mongolia, Thailand and Haiti. Deep Understanding of different Cultures and broad experiences with different parts of the world helped Dr. Kim to gain superb understanding of people. Dr. Kim is compassionate, friendly, caring, gentle and easy to approach. She enjoys forming relationships with new patients and she makes them feel comfortable in a dental chair.
Dr. Kim is a mother of two active girls who keep her busy. She likes to spend time with her family and she enjoys outdoor activities such as Kayaking, paddle boarding, ice-skating, and snowboarding.
Carol Yun
DDS
Dr. Carol Yun has been a practicing general dentist since her graduation from Boston University's School of Dental Medicine in 1987.
Dr. Yun is one of the most experienced dentists in Middlesex County, with expertise in dental implants, crown, and bridge cases, and denture creation and fitting.
Most of her work has ben in Cambridge, but she has also led more than 20 trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic as one of the leaders of Dentists for Humanity, a non-profit organization that works with dental students in the US to provide dental clinics for underserved populations.
Andrea Meira
Patient Coordinator
Andrea was born in Brazil and moved to MA in 1984. In 2005, she began working for Dr. Lee and received her certification for Digital Radiology for Dental Auxiliaries at Boston University. She’s been at Beyond Your Smile for the past 14 years! She is bilingual; she speaks English and Portuguese.
In her free time, Andrea loves to dance and spend time with her 3 children.
Sandra Cardoso
Clinical Coordinator
Sandra was born in Brazil and moved with her family to MA in 1987. She worked in the hospitality industry for many years until she met Dr. Lee in 2006. She became a Clinical Coordinator after successfully receiving her certification for Digital Radiology by the Massachusetts Dental Society. She’s been at Beyond Your Smile ever since, for 13 years! She is bilingual; she speaks English and Portuguese.
Sandra has 2 adult children.
Lisa Chan
Office Coordinator
Lisa has been the Office Coordinator at Beyond Your Smile for 10 years. Prior to that, Lisa has worked in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Assistant Manager and in Reservations as an Assistant Manager. She enjoys spending time with family hiking and traveling. Lisa is an active volunteer for her community.
